Payment terms include a small advance payment required upfront before the commencement of any project, with the remaining payment made in installments after the completion of each section. Clients will be invoiced with details of each payment installment. Clients must provide BME Digital Solutions with complete freedom to perform the required tasks as per the service agreement and must provide all necessary information, access, and support to facilitate the timely completion of the project.

All intellectual property created during the project (e.g., marketing materials, designs) will be owned by BME Digital Solutions until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the intellectual property will be transferred to the client. Clients are not permitted to use the intellectual property for purposes outside the scope of the project agreement without written consent from BME Digital Solutions.

BME Digital Solutions will handle all confidential information provided by the client with the utmost care and confidentiality. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the project is terminated after the completion of 3/4 of the work, the client is required to pay 50% of the agreed total amount. In the event of termination, all outstanding fees for work completed up to the date of termination will be payable immediately.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties. The laws of the jurisdiction in which BME Digital Solutions is based will govern these terms and any disputes arising from them. BME Digital Solutions will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with clients being notified of any changes in writing. These terms constitute the entire agreement between BME Digital Solutions and the client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
